Hi, I'm Geno
I was born and raised in Guatemala, curious from an early age about people, what drives us, and why we become who we become. After moving to the U.S. for college, that curiosity took me into an unexpected world: institutional finance, first as a hedge fund CFO and later evaluating investment managers and their operations across more than $100 billion in assets on behalf of institutional investors.
Then life asked me to look somewhere I hadn't been looking, within.
I lost my mom to cancer, and my world stopped. Around the same time, I began to see my relationship with my daughters differently. I started to recognize how much of what I was struggling with in our relationship was actually asking me to look at myself. There was nothing I needed to fix in them. I was the one being invited to look at my patterns, my beliefs, my emotions, and what I was carrying into the relationships that mattered most.
That journey changed how I live, how I parent, how I lead, and eventually, the direction of my work.
Today, I bring all of it with me: the depth and discipline of my professional experience, years of exploration and training in human development, the wisdom life has taught me, and the intuition and Soul that have always been part of who I am. Together, they shape how I see, how I listen, and how I walk alongside others as they come to know and trust themselves more deeply.
Everything changes when you learn to know yourself.
Because how can you truly trust someone you don't really know?
The heart of my work is simple: I help you get to know and trust yourself; your emotions, your mind, your inherited patterns and beliefs, your values, the essence of who you are, and the deeper wisdom within you.
